Shipping Policy

We currently ship across India only through our trusted logistics partner Delhivery.

All confirmed orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next working day.

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, strikes, or natural events.

• Prepaid Orders – Free shipping across India.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) – A flat fee of ₹50 will be charged per order.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS to track your shipment in real time.

We deliver Pan-India, subject to courier service availability in your pin code area.

In case your location is not serviceable, we will inform you and initiate a full refund.

• If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Only unused and sealed products are eligible for replacement.
• We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage during transit.
